Configuring `top`

1. Press Shift+V to show forest view.
2. Press L to hide first line in summary area.
3. Press T to hide CPU information in summary area.
4. Press M to hide memory information in summary area.
5. Press F and hide all fields except PID, USER, RES, %CPU, and COMMAND.
6. Press E to show RES in mebibytes.
7. Press C to show COMMAND as command lines.
8. Press 0 to hide zeroes in task area.
9. Press Shift+W to save the configuration.
